The client agrees to: Provide accurate and complete data (land plans, site photos, load details, etc.) Review and approve designs in a timely manner Ensure necessary site access and permissions Notify us of any changes in project requirements
All drawings, models, and designs remain the intellectual property of Piyush Consultancy until full payment is received. Reproduction or reuse of designs without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Project timelines are estimated and depend on timely approvals and data from the client. Delays caused by the client or third parties may result in revised deadlines or additional charges.
Two (2) rounds of revisions are included for each design deliverable. Additional revisions or scope changes may result in extra charges.
Piyush Consultancy is not responsible for construction execution, contractor errors, or deviations from approved designs. Our liability is limited to correction of errors in the designs delivered.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
